Eating 5 to 7 times a day, and I am so hungry most of the time I am wondering if I should increase my carb intake. Note ft plan recomends total cals 3950 total carb 685 total protein 255 total fat 49

Yes, it will. Just like anything, your body will adapt. How do you feel when you lift? Do you feel like you run out of energy too soon? If so, you may want to make sure you have sufficient carb intake prior to exercise.

Your body will adjust, but eat more carbs if you are honestly starving. You don't want to deprive your body of the nutrients it needs.

Thanks lisa this was a new one to me feeling that hungry. I dont do heavy lifting Robert, light weights and lots of reps. with a lot of cardio. So carbs before workout and protein after right does this change when you are doing heavy cardio instead of weights?

I would think that if you are starving you need more food man...just like a car won't run with out gas neither will you...try adding a little more carbs in and see what happens
