If I remember correctly, you are probably just starting to eat after your wisdom tooth adventure so I think the overeating is probably normal.

Try drinking a LOT of water - it may help curb the hunger - and if you find that you can't stop eating, try eating products from BB1fit's Bodybuilding food list - if you have to eat- might as well eat well. Try not to eat any junk or sodas (there is something in pop that can make you feel even hungrier!) Hope this helps :)

It's always easy to let things get out of control, the hard part is getting back in the driver's seat and realizing that YOU and only you can control yourself. Of course you have self-control, but the question is, how much does it matter? If controlling your eating is a priority, then the answer should be easy. Just don't get to down on yourself. Good luck.

Eat more protein at each meal. Being constantly hungry can be a sign that you are not eating enough.
Before you eat, check in - are you hungry? Angry? Lonely? Tired? If it is really hunger - have some lean protein, vegetables and a slice of high-fiber bread, maybe a smear of peanut butter or some olive oil dressing on the veggeies.
You should eat every 2-3 hours, figure out your daily caloric needs and divide it by 5 or six, then plan your meals.
I have found that when I am hungry before it is a scheduled meal time if I drink something (I like crystal lite) or I chew a piece of gum, or brush my teeth or get involved with something else, I make it to meal time.
You need to support your body with good nutrtion - another thing that triggers hunger is sugar consumption - your blood sugar spikes and then drops leaving your hungry for more sugar. Cut out as much sugar as you can.
Good luck!
