Hurt Elbow

I somehow injured both of my elbows. WHen i begin to bench press my elbows begin to really hurt me and you can hear a pop in both of them. I really only feel this pain when i'm doing chest exercises. Does anyone ever recall having this pain?

How much are you lifting and are you using the right form and the properly spaced grip? Those 2 things might be the cause. I still would go see a doctor to make sure nothing is damaged. Elbow pain in both bench press and triceps work is common. Rest, Ice it and take some asprin

Another thing i forgot...are you warming up at all or just jumping right on in? Warming up can help that as well.

I do my warmup sets. My grip is pretty close its the 1st line from the center.

Try moving you grip out! It sounds like you are doing close grip bench presses..primarily a tri exercise not good for moving a lot of weight...how much do you put on normally?

Its not close grip press because i know what those are. My hands are a little far apart. Well i put up sets of 135 155.

Ok still, try the grip thing and see a doctor if it keeps happening
