I know this is exactly the same thing as Hydroxycut.... I have only been on it for two days, the lady working at the supplement store told me to start by taking 2 capsules, two times a day.. but it's really interferring with my sleep. I wasn't too keen on taking ephedra to begin with, but I've been doing all the right things (cardio, weights, good diet) but I'm not getting the results I wanted. I think the worst part is the disruption in sleeping patterns.

Okay.. my question is: If I lower my dosage to one capsule twice a day (in the morning - before breakfast and all my household chores and in the afternoon before I hit they gym) will it still be worth taking!?!??
