Hi i am a 15 year old football player wanting to increase my strength and get better cut i was wondering if hydroxycut would help me do this faster. Does anyone think that i am still to young to start take supplements or should i go for it?
Don't waste your money, buy FOOD! At 15, you don't need any supplements, let those hormones in your body do there job. Just eat a clean healthy diet and stick with your weight training and the results will come with TIME(patience is key). Good luck.
