Ive been using hydroxycut for about 2 months now, i take it a half hour before my morning workout around 9am to give me the energy to work out, then i take it again around 3pm to give me an afternoon boost. i havent seen much of a weight loss, but it gives me the boost that i need to work out. Ive also taken Xenadrine for a long time, and lost weight then, but i was also a lot heavier and needed to lose the weight. so if anything, take it if you need the energy. or just pound a Red Bull!! That works too!
