I went on this stuff few years ago and I wasn't a huge fan. It didn't really work for me. Anyone actually see results with it?

Why did you take it? are you a seasoned lifter with great weight lifting/nutrition program?

I hope you didn't take the supplement thinking that it would make you lose weight on its own....

haha, no man, I was lifting 4 days a week and running 5 days a week. I was working hard, and it didn't change the amount of lost and the amount of muscle gained.

i was wondering does it work well? Is there any dangerous side effects? We are talking about the ephedra free kind version. Does it help burn fat or lose water weight.
Sorry for asking, just want some info.
