First off hun, you're only 16. I know, I know, that's not what you wanna hear right now but these thermogenics such as hydroxycut really are NOT good for someone your age.
And in no way (no matter how old you are) should you take 9-12 of them a day! The best thing for you is to get your diet in check. I don't mean diet as in, go starve yourself, I mean you nutritional habbits. And do plenty of cardio, choose something such as a sport you enjoy.
Please trust me on this. I made a similar mistake at a very young age. If I can help you any any way w/ your diet and training let me know, just don't resort to using these supplements yet.
