I was wondering if it is alright to take hydroxycut before I lift and run?...

Of course it is. Thats the best time to take it. just make sure to take it about 25-30min. before you do, so then you have time to absorb it.

I take it before my morning cardio and the other two times are before I eat lunch and dinner as I go to the gym at night and don't want to be up all night. And about the posts, don't worry, that is what this site is for.

It think its best to take it 30 minutes prior to a workout. When I take it, it always gives me a positive feeling and gives me that extra boost in my workouts.
