I am currently looking into taking hydroxycut along with my workout routine and diet. I am just wondering how safe it actually is. I work out often, eat right, and drink alot of water but i cant seem to lose any extra weight. I am 6'1'' 180lbs. This may not seem like overweight but i have a small build naturally, so the extra weight is there. Do you think Hydroxycut will help me out, and do u have any other suggestions.Sorry for this long post.

I took some hydroxycut before when I was a little over weight. It really worked for me but then I took it only times when I worked out in the gym. If you don't have any heart ailments then go ahead use hydro, but consult a doctor if you have had any complications with your heart before.

My first experience with hydroxycut was that I got a bit of a buzz, soon after taking the reccomended dose. Got sum gud gains to..
Ive recently bought some more, however even though im not not taking quite the full dose, had a few dizzy spells in the gym when doin squats.
Ive halfed the dose now, increased my water intake to as near as a gallon per day as I can get, and the result are so far, better the first time round.
Funnily enough, I've seen loads of programs on TV about the dangers of Ephedrine recently( im in the UK, but buy from the states ).
I would say give it a try, but do drink all the water you can get, ditch the booze, as listen to your body and the way you feel.
