hi im 175lbs, male, 17 yo and 5 7. According to my BMI (and my looks) im overweight. ive been working out/running/eating healthy for 2 months now and lost 20 lbs. But on a commerical i saw an ad for hydroxycut available at GNC. If my targetis fat loss...should i take hydroxycut? why or why not? (i heard u lose lotsa muscle too with this product so im wary bout trying it). And if BB1 FIT is out there id like to know ur suggestion on this matter too...(i read ur "rant" post)

At your age you should not take hydroxycut. Once you get a little bit older you can think about it, but make sure you get a checkup and talk to your doctor before you do, due to the strain that hydroxycut puts on your heart. Also if you do start taking it sometime down the road, make sure that you take a multivitamin with it because as your metabolism speeds up, it will also increase the rate in which you use your vitamins.

I have take a few of those "thermo" pills and decided to tried Hydroxycut (the american not the canadian brand) for a day.
Needless to say, it made my heart race, my eyes blurr, and made my head spin enough to get a real nice headache. Needless to say I didn't make it to the gym that day. I think it hindered rather than helped.
Just my experience.
