When do u all usually do them...some guys do them on abs days..others on back day.
what about wrist curls..I was told that they should be trained every other day but with min weight.

i do them on back day after all my back exercises

I do them on back day too, but like to have my abs worked on too...gives nice balance to the workout.

I do back extensions on back days. I do wrist durls when i do forearms on arm days.

Same here - extentions on back day, wrist curls on arm day and abs everyday. I don't think you need to work wrists every other day - just make sure you go all the way with them on arm day.
