i filled in all of my info ...and it says i should have 200g of protien and 400g of carbs ...but what i need is a low carb diet. is there a way to get this info? thanks for any help you can give me
Welcome to Freetrainers. If you have to lose fatty tissue and want to gain lean muscle, go with that amount of protein and cut back the carbs to around 225-250. Always remember to eat good complex carbs and try and get in some cardio and resistance exercises if you haven't already.
