I pretty toned..Ive been going to the gym for about half a year now on a regular basis, and I got a decent body. However I still have a double chin. Im only 19 so, I dont understand why I have one if I am physically fit. Anyways HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT.

Well, it might be the way that your jaw is shaped that causes this Double Chin. How you can get rid of this is simply by dropping the pounds of fat. You cannot spot reduce which is what many people think is possible. You must lose weight throughout the whole body in order to lose the unwanted fat in which you strive to lose it from. Keep lifting and cut your calories lower in order to lose weight. Make sure that you eat constant meals in order to keep your metabolism going throughout the day. Just eat small meals perhaps 5-6 meals a day. Eat your body weight in protein(165 grams of protein), and cut the carbs back a little. Eat the right kinds of carbs(see BB1fit's topic for this) and try not to eat very many carbs toward sleep time. Goodluck with the double chin!

I've seen exercises that supposedly work to prevent people from getting double chins to begin with, but I don't know how effective they are, or if they work post-haste.
One is to look upwards and stretch your neck, and stretch your jaw out. (5-10 mins per day or something...) Not sure how stretching would help lessen a double chin, but it may be worth looking in to.
