Samrigreen, Take a look under this category "Specific Diets & Nutrition Discussion - also Recipes" for the "Grocery list for a bodybuilder" post. It's at the very top. That's the type of foods you should eat. I suggest using the FT Nutritional planner to find out how many calories you should be getting in a day. Eat 6 meals a day to obtain the calories (1 meal every 3 hours). Good luck! :)
