I need names of food that I should eat to help me lose weight, also any thing else that might help me. thanks:cool:

eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lots of protein (with the least amount of fat). Avoid all refined foods and sugars.

also, avoid any foods that have partially hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients list.

Samrigreen, Take a look under this category "Specific Diets & Nutrition Discussion - also Recipes" for the "Grocery list for a bodybuilder" post. It's at the very top. That's the type of foods you should eat. I suggest using the FT Nutritional planner to find out how many calories you should be getting in a day. Eat 6 meals a day to obtain the calories (1 meal every 3 hours). Good luck! :)
