My name is Bryan and I just signed up today! I have been doing some research, but cannot find what I am looking for. I have limited fasilites to use and limited weights. I would like to lose a lot of fat and tone the muscle that I have. Should I just follow the plan that ft give me or should I add extra workout to improve the result. I also am not sure what supplements would work the best for these results. I am going to use a twin lab multi vitamin, but am not sure what would supplement my work out even more. Any help would be awesome. Thanks everyone!

Hi Bryan, the multi vitamin is fine. If you wanna get some whey protein to use post workout, thats fine. Beyond that don't worry about supplements now. Get your diet under control first. Tht's how you lose weight.The FT programs are great. If you are relatively new to exercise, the home routines are the place to start. After you finish 8 weeks,you'll need weights to keep gaining muscle. Welcome to FT.
