Hi! I am new and I have been dieting a while. I lost and kept off 30lbs. I am down to the last 20. I joined this out of desparation. I am gaining weight and I have been trying lose it. I don't know why. So I joined here. But I dieted for so long it's hard for me to try to eat 2000 cals a day. Will it really work if I do? I don't want to gain more! MDL
Sometimes you have to actually increase your calories to start your diet working again. With extended severe dieting, hormonal inbalances/normal body functioning becomes way out of wack. .

My head knows this, but it is hard to put this to use after all the other stuff I have done. I workout alot. I do the elliptical 2 times 20 mins a day 5 days a week. I do a circuit training video with Jillian Michaels at least 3 days a week, and I am trying to add more weight training in also. I want this off. It's the last little bit and I know it's the hardest. Thanks for replying, it helps me stay focused!
