My name is Cynthia, and I have horrible thunder thighs. My boyfriend tells me that I look fine, but I can tell that he is just saying that. My stomach, and love handels could use some work too. Please help me find some way to look good and feel good about the way I look, without the anerexia that I'm considering.:(

Well, you've made the first step.... fill in your profile and sign up for a routine here on FT.. then, keep a very close eye on your diet.. that is likely the most key thing... combined with exercise, you'll do well...
Welcome to FT!

Cynthia, Often we are our own worst critics, be happy that your boyfriend says that you look fine. There are far too many BF and Husbands who nag on their girlfriends and wifes.Take your time and learn what you can, I'm sure there will be many folks here to lend some advice when needed, and remember, your health is important forget about the anorexia you do not want to go that route, we can all be of support to one another, so keep us updated with your progress, best of luck.

Hi Cynthia, welcome to FT!
First thing I wanted to say was; You are not hopeless! There are enough negative forces out there without you adding that sort of pressure on yourself. Grab yourself a nutrition and exercise plan from here and go for it. You know anorexia isn't the answer, in fact, depending on what your goals are, it could mean INcreasing the amount you are eating. There is so much to learn from these fabulous people, and lots of fun to be had along the way.
I wish you the very best!
