hey everyone,
im steph and i just started this site today. I am very young. 16 to be exact and i have alwyas been so unhappy with my weight. I am currently taking cosmetology classes and i want nothing more then to be a model/ makeup artist. This is what ive always wanted to do.
Me being so young it is hard for me to have time for things.
i go to school, work, homework, and i still need a social life. This may not seem like a lot but i dont have much time for workout. at all. and i also dont have my license yet, so the gym is out of the question.
I was wondering if there was a way to lose the weight before maybe May, without a lot of workout. and in May when i get my license i can join the gym to develop the muscele.
i dont know if this will work.
about 2 weeks ago i weighed 140. i now lost about 6 Ibs. and i now wiegh 134.
i plan on losing about 15-20 more Ibs. But gain muscele back when i start going to the gym
would anyone know how to do this and if this will work?:(

Depending on your height steph you can't be that oerweight. But anyway, if losing a little more is what your looking to do, it's going to be done thru diet, not working out, a workout will help, but the diet is the majority of it. Working out will help you tone up and burn calories but diet is what will be dropping the weight.
Take some time and browse the specific diet and nutrition forum...read "diet thread" maybe.
You can also start a workout routine which you can do from your home that requires little to no equipment, just go to exercise program and design it to your current resources.

im 30 just married and weight 53kg and 165cm height.is there anything that i can seek an advice on the diet, works out, etc....before i can plan to have a baby and to avoid being fat throughout my pregnancy
