welcome kittykitkat to FT... a good step towards healthy living.. all the advice u need is to get a program from FT.. follow it and look out for ur diet (not in starving sense).. if u want to know about something... fitbuddy search at the bottom will help u.. just write ur question in it and shoot.. it'll give u threads with the discussions.. if u can't find something.. ask... people are really helpfull here.. and a lot of them have got pretty good knowledge
