My name is Erin and I had 2 c-sections 14mo apart. I gained over 90 pounds between both pregnancy's and I hardly eat. I live here in Japan and people here are on serious diets! We don't have those super-sizes meals like in the states! Every morning I do the stair stepper for 20-30 min, use ab lounge 100 crunches, thigh master 20 times. During the day I am out walking with the kids, playing with them, and at night before I go to bed I do the same routine as morning. I drink about 2 litre's of Japanese Green Tea, 64oz of water, for breakfast usually just have 1-2 oranges and maybe a slice of Japanese bread. For lunch its a bento - 300 grams that has rice, veggie, and meat. For dinner its either a bento meal or buckwheat udon 200 grams, or a Japanese dinner set which includes miso soup, 100 grams rice, 100 gram meat, and salad. Here you would think I would be skinny like the Japanese! But I haven't been able to lose the weight. I have tried all those OTC diets, even been on the Okinawan diet for the past 2yrs. So I am here trying to figure out how to get rid of my flabby baby pouch, it drives me crazy. I use to weigh 140 pounds, I still need to lose about 70 pounds. In feb. 2007, I had ankle surgery - removal of hardware, turned out they now say I have RSD, so that explains why I can't run on it, or do DDR with my daughter. I can't lift weights my right wrist was sliced with machetti, abosolutely no feeling in right hand! I am limited to certain things of a good workout. :( Someone please help me!

Are you eating enough? If you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and you'll actually gain weight. Review your food intake and follow the dietary guidelines they offer on this site to keep track. I was in the same situation and once I kept a food diary I discovered (with my Dr's help) that I was in starvation mode. I've lost 20 lbs since I started eating more.:)
