Hello Everyone :) I found this site through the main site I am using for my goals and I think I will use this as an aid. At this point I am a free member. Is that the reason why even though I told it I wanted to work out for 4 days, it's only allowing me to work out for 3?

Don't sweat! Sometimes it just takes a little time for folks to reply. As far as I know, you should be able to choose 4 days if you want to. Try it again. Welcome to the community! Feel free to ask questions and to check out all of the information abundant posts already on the different forums. :)

Welcome to FT. If you're new to wt training I'd suggest doing wts 2 or 3 days per week and then doing some kind of cardio on "non-wt" days. For example, do wts on M,W,F and do cardio on Tues,Thurs, Sat. and take Sunday as a rest day. Cardio can be as intense as running or just walking, depending on your current level of fitness.
good luck with your goals
