Hello. This is my first week and my first post, I've lost over 60 lbs over the last few years with just a change in diet and now I am beginning a new workout lifestyle here at FT to not only lose the rest of the unhealthy weight, but to find that 'fit' me that I lost in college a couple years back. It sneaks up on you when you have to sit in front of the computer all day writing term papers and and living on Ramen! Thank you for this site!
