Hello,

I am a young female at the age of 19 yrs old. I am obese to say the least. I am 5'4 and weight 295 lbs. My first goal is to drop 50 lbs by december. My goal weight is 175 lbs. Can someone give me some pointers or a workout routine I can use with my journey? If so please and thank you. I prefer to work out on machines until I get down to like 230 lbs then I will start cardio. Please and thank you. Also my stomach is my number one problem. I want to start losing weight in my waist and stomach first.
