I ate at Chili's today, it was a tuna steak sandwhich. I know it's loaded with fat and everything, but will this keep me away from accomplishing my goals? (no more weight loss and increase muscle mass)

it well if you eat like that everyday. its ok to do that once in a while but if you eat fast food everyday you are just defeating the purpose of working out.

Actually tuna steak is very good fats, high in Omega 3's. Don't feel bad about eating that, it is good for you. Healthy EFA's actually help metabolize fats. Your body cannot produce them, they are essential. Most diets are sorely lacking in them in part due to the typical western diet and then add the media frenzy of the recent low fat craze.

I had oatmeal today, it filled me up pretty good...My mom puts a lot of water in it...does this make more calories or is it the same?

water doesn't have any calories, so doesn't add calories to anything. If she made it with milk, then you would get more calories.
