Why? I'm only 17, and have completed the body for life program, I am still training as I used too, this is going on 1 year of training and eating right. I managed to gain 35 lbs. of muscle mass without killing myself in the gym. I'm nnot really elite but thats pretty good. Any other kids on this site? Maybe we could compare workouts :)

I'm almost 17 too, I wasn't measuring any progress in weight until like 3 months ago, but I'm 183lb, and consider myself as a slow gainer.

i weigh 184 now. when i started working out like a year ago, well i have been lifting weights and stuff since i was 15, but i started like working, working out, like waking up at 5:30 everyday to be to the gym before school, work out, then shower at the gym and goto school, i started that a year ago. I was 135 when I started last year with a 1@ body fat, now I am 184 with 6.8% body fat. I could bench like 120 lbs then, now I am benching like 230. I didn't do the body for life program exactly I like made up my own one and it worked, and is still working, I only work out 3 days a week too.

esco,

it is impossible to put on 35lbs of pure lean muscle mass in only a year. Since your bf went up 6% then there was plenty of water and fat with that 35lbs - unless you are not natural?

Post some before and ater pics in the gallery - at 6.8% you seem to be in great condiditon - what is your height?

keep in mind that this kid is only 17. he certainly could of had a growth spert that would easyily put that much lean mass on him...especially if he was eating right... you will never see results like that again. the first year is amasing for pretty much everyone if you work at it.... No effence, but if you pull away from the BFL you will see even better results........
