I broke my Forearm a few weeks ago.....

and I need ideas top what I can do besides walking and lunges/squats. I went from doing 5-7miles on the elpitical and lifting weight 3 days a week to no being able to do anything because I sweat so bad and then my cast stinks! (Even just walking on the trendmill for an hour!)

Let me know if you have any ideas
