Hi all. I am 35, female, overweight (40 lb over)
I have been doing 10 lbs weights (arms only), 3 sets of 15, basic routines, just biceps curls & flies, not triceps. I am brand new to weight lifting and no very little; HOWEVER, I can't believe it: I can see big muscles after three weeks!! I am worried they are too big now. Is 10 too much weight? Should I do 8 lb weights? I have to say, I don't want big arms but I didn't know weight lifting showed so fast. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT. Should I be worried about getting bulky 'cause I am...
