I've never, in my life, worried about what I ate. Just recently (very recently) I started using the nutrition tracker on this site and have tried very hard to stick to it (I've only been on the site for less than a week), but I'm finding it very hard to do. It's not hard because I'm hungry, but because I can't eat enough to do what the nutrition analyzer says that I should. According to it I should be getting over 3k calories per day, which I've only been able to get within 75% of so far. It also says that I should be getting 237 grams of protein per day, and I've only gotten up to 126, with suppliments. It says I should be getting over 300 grams of carbs, another number which I am not touching. The fat, according to the site, should be 49 grams, and that's the only number I've been able to attain every day. I simply cannot take in enough food, without feeling bloated and sick, to achieve the protein, carb and calorie numbers that the site says I should get. Any suggestions?

When I was struggling to reach my calorie levels, I would put a mixture of water, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oats, about 10g of protein powder, and 2 tbsp of peanut butter in a blender and make a shake. You get about 500 cal and 35 grams of protein that way, so two of those per day can really kick up your calories and protein.

Thanks for responding. That sounds bloody horrible, though! What if I had all of those things seperately, I assume that would suffice? Taking them all together just doesn't sound very tasty at all.
