what can i do, i cant afford foods full of protein and carbs that is the right amount for me,
also i have no gym to go to, just dumbels
anyone think that could give me a diet of cheap foods and a excersise plan that i can do?

I used to think the same as well, but a 3 pound bag of chicken that costs 7 bucks will last you a good week or two. Eggs are great and only 2 bucks at most for a dozen. A few things of pasta and some sauce are only a couple bucks. Vegetables are cheap, and if the fresh ones are too expensive hit the frozen aisle and buy the sale ones. You can buy a huge thing of oats to make oatmeal with for like 3 bucks.
Bam - 2 weeks worth of food for like $60.
Protein powders and supplements are great but if you can't afford them you can do it with regular food.

I will look for and bump the thread called "inexpensive nutrition (or somthing similar, lol) look for it in the nutrition forum, it is full of tip son how to eat healthy on a budget.

Tyson grilled chicken strips $7 (no preserves)
2 bags of salad $6
lite/fat free dressing $2
not being a fatty priceless
seriously this is what i buy when im not buying boneless/skinless chicken breast. All this food is enough for like 7 days
