I HAVE LOST 5 LBS BUT THEN I JUST GAIED 10 LBS WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!! I NEED AS MUCH SUPPORT I CAN GET I CANT SAY NO TO JUNK FOOD ITS MY COMFORT........:(:(:(
That is also my biggest weakness Leslie... Make sure it is not around the house, do what Carivan suggested - get used to healthy foods, get active. Now if I slip and 'eat bad' it is not nearly as 'bad' as it used to be. Make your lunches for work the day before etc. When you are in the store simply DON'T BUY IT! Good luck!
