I cant start today

I just signed up with ft, but since its late I won't be able to start working out tonight. I worked out last night anyway. should I move the schedule up one day for this week. also why are all the exercises ones without any weights, I mean can lifts geez.

I personally don't see the problem with moving it a bit this week, I wouldn't suggest you make it a habit but i see no problem with it.

As far as the weights you put how much weight you feel you can handle for the recommended amount of reps they ask you to do. As everyone is different they cannot specify the amount of weight because what you can lift in 20 reps I may not be able to.
