I've been on the South Beach diet for almost 3 months now. I don't to change my diet, but I've been trying to follow the nutrition plan from this website. The only thing that is really off with my diet is the amount of fat I eat. For instance, all I had today is almonds. I'm supposed to stay under 47 grams of fat. They were like 72! I'm beating my head trying to figure this out. What am I supposed to eat that doesn't have so much fat. Even the leanest chicken breast has 4 grams. It's tough. Please help me out.

my suggestion is not to worry so much about every gram of fat. As long as you're getting the fat from healthy sources like lean chicken, fish, almonds, avacados, etc...not that big of a concern. I would instead try to compensate by eating a bit less carbs.
How many almonds did you eat. One serving is about an ounce. That is probably like 4-8 almonds. I agree with menace. Don't worry so much about the amount of fat. Instead just focus on minimize the bad fats like French Fries and such.
