man oh man...i really need some help. I have no idea where to start with my meal planning...ive always been one thats just eaten whatever tasted good, but now im screwed because im trying to gain, i know my goals etc and how much c/p/f intake for calories i have to have...but here's my problem. I go to a school where im limited because of whats on the menu....And i have no idea what would be a good well rounded day. If anyone is willing to help me out, please let me know...i really really wanna do this because i do wanna get bigger. (I have the workouts in place...just need to worry about nutrition now) Info about my schools dining services can be found here:

I also have Labrada Lean Body protein bars.
I get so discouraged by it all trying just to figure out whats good and whats not...and i feel like a total idiot....
If anyones willing to help me with a diet, please let me know....this is the hardest part of working out for me....

Tex,
It isn't rocket science.
Eat lots of good, lean protein, like chicken breasts, fish, lean beef or pork.
Eat good portions of complex carbohydrates - vegetables, oatmeal, rice, grains, whole grain bread, some fruit.
Use olive oil as your main fat, in slad dressing and on veggies.
Take a decent multi-vitamin.
Get calcium from low-fat dairy products, or a supplement.
Eat 5-6 meals a day, consisting of 4-6 oz protein, 2 cups veggies and 1 cup grain (oats or rice or two slices bread).
Look at bbfits posting about student foods, and his bodybuilder's grocery list.
