I'm fat and I hate myself. Everyone I know is smaller then me, my sister, my best friend, my mom, my dad, all my friends at school it is so messed up. I tried every thing, walking my dog every day for 3 months nothing as a matter of fact I think I gained 5 pounds, then I thought heart rate so I started riding my bike 15 min after school every day which cut into the dogs walks but that made my small dog happy so whateverbut still nothing all that did was keep my weight at a steady 185. I don't eat that much I never eat breakfast and I had a medical check and there is nothing that should be stoping me from droping this excess weight. I want to love myself but at this point in my life I don't. Enough of the run on sentances any advice.

You don't say much about your diet other than that you "don't eat that much" and you never eat breakfast. Well, first off, if you are to skip one meal every day, breakfast is definately NOT the one to skip. For that matter, you shouldn't skip any! I highly recommend keeping a diary of what you are eating every day and the calories contained in what you eat. No estimates, actually figure it up. Many are suprised at how much they actually do eat when they track it.
Lastly, you need to figure out a way to love yourself a little more. Otherwise you won't get anywhere. So, as my mother used to say "quit throwing yourself a pity party and do something about it!"
Good luck and welcome. You will do just fine. :)

Amy is very right here. You should NEVER skip breakfast. It's the meals that gets your body started up for the day. A food journal is a superb idea as well. Track your calories and be honest about the portion sizes of the food you eat. Either you eat more calories than you think, or not nearly enough and your body could be in "starvation mode".
As far as what you should do about your weight goes, there is no better time to start than now. Find a way to get active everyday. You don't need to kill yourself with running, but find a way to get your heart rate up, and sustain it for a half hour a day. Ideally you would get into a strength training program, and follow a healthy diet, but right now just concentrate on moving.
The greatest of all failures is failing to try. Nobody can do this for you, so it's time to show EVERYBODY that you have what it takes to be more than what you are. Take it from me; I've been where you are(only I was almost 300lbs)and theres no sweeter victories than the ones you win over yourself.

I am also obese and my Dr. suggested changing my diet so I eat more often and eat healthier foods. She also suggested going to a GYM. I have done both of those things and have lost 8 lbs in a month. 8 lbs may not sound like a lot but the Dr. said it's good to lose it slowly.
another thing, I love myself but not what I look like and I am the only one who can change that. No matter what anyone else says or thinks the bottom line is we are all responsible for ourselves.
here is an example of what i eat in a day
breakfest - oatmeal, coffee with splenda instead of sugar and powder cream which has 0 calories
snack - 2 cinnimon multigrain rice cakes
lunch - tuna sandwich with lite mayo and whole grain bread and a pickle on the side. kosher dill pickles have 0 calories. sugar free crystal lite to drink
snack - tangerine
dinner - healthy choice entre from the grocery store. or I make meals that usually require ground beef but I use ground turkey instead which is a whole lot healthier. I highly recommend using turkey instead of red meat. they even have turkey bacon whis is healthier that regular bacon.
walking is a great excersize if you get your whole body involved. swing your arms opposite each other as you walk and vocus on your breething
