Hey guys i once again need your help and advice as i do not get my body! The last week i can remember i can do 30 push up like nothinng but now when i even attempt to do 5-10 push up i feel my arms (biceps) are really stiff when i go down (i didnt have this feeling before)!
I tried stretching but i still get the same stiffness! Is this normal?

You're probably just sore. that's normal if you're just starting out. Keep doing it. The soreness will go away in a few days. BTW, tour triceps are hurting. Hang in there.
