I am trying to start a new program and check that I only have free weights but my routine keeps giving me machine exercises. I've changed my profile up, and tried everthing I can think of but I still get machine exercises (except when i choose home trainig) does anyone know what the deal is? Please help because this is really frustrating me.....thank you

machines are only for what is caled a "controlled enviromant" its reallyhard to get hurt on a machine because its designed to be the safest way to do the motion, there are always free weight excercises that are the same thing as machines, free weights are actually better cause u get to workon the " stretch" of the muscle which recruits more muscle fibers, so say it says pec deck flys.... do dumbell flys
row machine....bent over rows, or lawn mower pulls...where theres a wil theres a way trust me

Upatrail, it happens to everybody. The best thing to do is print the workout and then go to exercise resources and swap machine for free weight exercises. In FT pro you can swap the exercises before you print. Welcome to FT. Good luck.
