I started my program today and do i do all four sets at the same weight i did on my first set??? and do i do all 4 sets in a row and then move on to the next exericise??

I try to increase the weights about 10 lbs per set and I do all 4 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next.

I agree with therainmaker .. I try to increase the weight inbetween sets and do all 4 sets in a row then workon to the next exercise.

You should always strive to increase your poundages. This is how you get stronger. Try pyramiding up, when you fail to get a max of 6 reps or so, don't go up anymore till you can. If you can do your required reps each set easily, then the weight is too light, and keep moving up each set.

I feel so stupid:(
I was thinking the sets were the days for some reason. No wonder it only took me like 20 min. :laugh:
Some of these things I feel like I'm not doing them right or they are too hard.
