i really dont know wat to do. there is something wrong with my shoulder. i cant do flyes watsoever even with 10lb dumbells(like 8 reps). flat,decline benching my shoulder sort of gives out orsoemthing. everytime i go down i hear something like craking or scraping. i havnt gone up in weight becuz of this problem. i lowered the amount ofwieghts for the past weeek and still nothing. just wonderin if anyone had something like this and wat they did to fix it????

if somthing hurts doing do it at all
try a week off from traing it maybe 2
if nto better see a doc or somthing.

Get it checked before you keep lifting and injure it worse.
