I have the personalized workout from here, and it looks great. But, dumb question...
1. It gives me 2 exercises for today, 4 sets. Do I do 1 set, then on the the next exercise, then back to the first exercise for the 2nd set? I mean, do I do 4 sets of the first exercise, then move on the the next?

2. Where does cardio fit in to this workout?

I am so new, when I used to lift, I went to the gym and just jumped on the machines, with no program, or idea what I was doing. Thanks in advance.....:)

Hi Shelby...

At this point I would suggest doing all four sets of the first exercise and then doing the second group of exercises.

Switching between them would be supersetting, but I think you should get comfortable with the exercises first.

Cardio can be done on off weight days or about six or eight hours after weights...

Hope that helps!
