Before I went to do today's workout, I printed today and tomorrow's workout on the same sheet of paper. I went to the gym... did my 5 minutes on the eliptical trainer to warm up, did some stretching, then went right to work... ON TOMORROW'S WORKOUT! Man... I feel silley now! :) Anyone else ever do this, or am I the only goofy one here?

Haven't done that yet but this morning I was lying in bed thinking I had better get up to work out. Oh, it's Sunday, rest day!! I needed it too. Have fun doing yesterdays workout today. Besides, you worked out!!

Geeze man! Whats wrong with you? I cant believe that you...Just kiddin man! I still do that sometimes. No biggie when we are talking about one day in 12 weeks!. -snow

Right... like coolness said, I DID workout.
I'm definately gonna keep at it... the women at the gym I go to are hot! :) I'm trying to get my wife to start working out with me, because I need a spotter! I think I'll be breaking into some really big weights soon, and the last thing I wanna be doing is pushing big weights with no spotter!
