Hey,

i havent been weight lifting for 6 mouths or longer from a inflamed shoulder but i wanna ask i know u all not dr's but i wanna know if it is ok to tak a Multivitamins & maybe fish oil or flax oil b/c see if that will help heal up and get my inflamed shoulder heathy again but i wanna know if the sundown fish oil & Nature's Bounty Flaxseed Oil the same as u get in the gnc store's and places? b/c im thinkin pickin up all 3 tonight from walmart but i wanna ask if it will heal up my inflamed shouler and i go back to the shoulder dr on october 13 so...u think its safe for me to take or just wait when i get back to weight lifting to startin takin that kind of stuff?

You should take a multivitamin everyday whether you're lifting or not, that's just common sense. As far as fish and flax seed oil, they're not going to do a whole lot for your shoulder, they're fats that help your body to burn other fats and process them out of your system. If you want to take something to try and help your shoulder try glucosamine. I can guarantee it won't work miracles but it's about all that's out there and it's for joint support. It'll help you prevent future injuries and it may aid a little in the healing process as well.
