Any of you guys out there have any recipies, web sites or book suggestions that might get me out of my tasteless rut? I love fish but if I have to eat another can of tuna I think I'll hurl.

i dont have any recipes, however i do like Lean Pockets, they have only about 7 grams of fat in them but the protein for just 1 of them is the same as a whole can of tuna (12-13 grams).

I know ehat you mean man !!!
Try tuna with lemon juice and rice...that`s how eat mine ..... or tuna with mayo a bit of garlic and green olives and let it sit for like half an hour so it gets the garlic aroma - one of my new recipies that I came out when I was bored
There is a book called "Muscle Meals" but I didn`t have a chance to go thorogh it yet........
They should have a recipies section on this site

Now that we turned the clocks ahead there is time to BBQ your fresh fish and chicken.
Fresh fish vs canned tuna - it's really better and it's easy.

Every time i cook chicken or fish i cook it differently. experimant with your own recipes and concocktions....hell it can even be fun, but at times it can also taste pretty bad.....a little Balsimic vingar in tuna seem to give it a little punch.....And you can NEVER get enough hot sauce! oh. try making tuna cakes.....kinda like crab cakes, except they are tuna of course

Almost every style of food can be transformed into something good for the body. Try incorporating no-fat cheeses, yogurt(cream sauces), and you can make your diet llivlier. Mexican food with beans, rice, chicken or beef or pork, cheese(see above),yogurt(in lieu of sour cream) corn tortillas and you have one healthy meal.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll look into the cookbook and I have already fired up the grill this week.
