I absolutly hate it. I get all red in the face and i don't like going out side to do it. I'm at home and i dont have any machines or bike. Does anyone have anygood home work outs I could do? Like intense stuff?:dumbbell:

Jumping Jacks are alright also, try doing them for a few to several minutes straight and see what happens ;)

Cant base a workout for you without know if you are male/female etc, please fill out your profile so we have info to help you with.....

or rent some dvds workouts from the library or buy some onloine or at best buy. I like Turbo Jam from Beachbody.com a lot.
