Concerning cell-tech, i have a question about the loading stage. Is it safe to consume the first serving right after I wake up, then do a morning workout, and consume the second serving right after? Or should i just do my morning workout, then take the first serving, and take the second later on at night to sort of space out my creatine supplementing? Thanks..

I"d take it with food........eat breakfast.......what hour so.......drink it......workout........drink another one..............why cell tech? Honestly I think its a waste of money....just so you know, you won't see the results like you do in the mags.......so don't ghet your hopes up. Just reameber cell tech has ALOT of suger in it. Which can be stored as fat if those calories are nto used.

Why would not load with cell-tech due to the high surgar content this will most likely lead to fat accumulation, just load with some regular creatine monohydrate.

Yep, some may not realize the sarcasm here. Cell tech contains 75 gr. of sugar per serving!

LOL I remember when it first came out. I was managing a gym in Virginia all the guys were just raving about gaining 10 lbs through their cycle but they all looked like blowfish walking around the gym. Well guess you had o be there... i thought it was funny.

75g of glucose is the amount used for blood panels given for hyper/hypoglycemia tests. In their convoluted logic, MuscleTech stated that since this amount is what's recognized in the medical community for tests, then it's the necessary amount for insulin activation needed for proper creatine use.
