What does it mean for the pushups part of the workout when they ask to input the weight used for each set? Do I just put MY weight for each set? I'm really confused...

If you are doing pushups, just put 0 for the weight, good luck

For any exercise that uses no weights, ie chin ups, push ups etc... just put zero, unless you've added weight to increase the difficulty. good luck

You may want to put in the # of reps.
