I am new to lifting weights and this board. I would like help in getting a new exercise program started beginning next this week.
I have tried to get a new program establish but I must be doing someting wrong because I got kick out of the post.
Please help I want to continue exercising.
What I found after doing my first 12 week ab program and weight training, is that i was notified on the program page that i will be finishing the program. Once completed I followed the posts ie, excerise program, nutriention program etc, that directed me to starting a new program or continuing with the same program or change my requirments. THerefore check out the different areas and read the information posted. There a quite a number of people using this site and asking quesitons that it makes it difficult for the staff to answer with in our time frames, yet many of the other regular users are very helpful. So be patient. Are you on the Regular program or the professional, both are user friendly
