I just got my fitness plan and I wanted to know how i can do it without a barbell. Like the deadlifts i think can be done with dumbells, or the curls maybe I could just do like i normally do which is curling one at a time. Please Please Please...I need help because I don't think I'll be able to afford one anytime soon.

You can do concentation curls or preacher curls, and for the deadlift, use a dumbell with two handed grip.

I actually changed my regiment to the home workout. I think it'll be just as effective, and i just might add some exercises with my weights. Thanks a lot though. Great help!

There are a ton exercise that you can do with dumbbells. Dumbbell presses, Rows. You can do lunges with them. 1 leg deadlifts..ect.
