I need help, I have tried everything and the only thing that worked was a diet pill for moms, sold by walmart and they don't make it anymore. please someone help me!!
Hi aprilann95, I have PCOS too and have worked very hard my adult life to keep the weight from piling on. I've been using a very low carb diet to manage my PCOS and have done pretty well the last 2 yrs. Because of the PCOS I find that if I'm lazy with my carbs then I start to gain quickly so the best option for women like us is to take in more protein and eat lots of veggies and fruit. I've tried all the weightloss diet pills that you can imagine and have never had any real luck with them. The best luck I had was on Phentermine, I lost 10 lbs in 2 wks but then stopped losing and ended up so constipated I quit taking them and gained it all right back. Pills don't work, you have to exercise and eat right, especially us women with PCOS.
