Any kind of cardio that you like something you won't get board with. Perhaps ru to and from school? Swimming? Crosstrainer is one of the best.
Keep doing the execises you listed as that is using your own body weight.

I do GKR karate and i'm currently 1st kyu, which is one grading away from black belt.

Stay motivated, keep up with the cardio and other exercises that you do. That is a big benefit for yourself, and will eventually get you where you want. Great for karate. What type of karate are you doing and what level are you?

I do karate 3-4 time a week. I walk to and from school everyday which is 2km there and 2km back.
Occassionally when i get motivated i do exercise on the treadmill, cross trainer pushups,situps,squats etc.

Sounds like you need to exercise. do you do anything now?
You may want to get active at school in gymnastics, swimming or other team sports.

:)Hi, I'm 15 years old. I was just just wondering about a few things...
1. How do i tone the insides of my thighs? They really annoy me, but apart from that i love my legs.
2. My stomach is flat except for a little chubby bit under my belly button.. Is this common? and how do i get rid of it?
3. I have a big chest.. (10E infact) and i was just wondering is there anything i can do to make my chest firmer? Without making my chest smaller though..
4. How do i make under underside of my arms firmer?
And last of all.. (Sorry for all the questions i'm asking)
5. Is there anyway to make my neck firmer? It seems to be sort of flabby in places..
